How do I make the payment/ Methods of payments?

For cash on delivery, our delivery agent will collect the cash after giving home delivery of the ordered product(s) for Inside Dhaka and for Outside Dhaka customer have to pay the due amount to the courier service before collecting the product(s).
For online payment option, you can make payments using All Visa Card, Master Card, American Express, bKash, Nagad and Rocket.
Is there any International Payment method?
Yes, you can pay with any Bangladeshi Payment Gateway such as, DBBL Nexus, Qcash, Fast Cash, Bkash, Rocket, Nagad, Mcash, IFIC Mobile Bank, City Touch, BRAC Bank, MTB, Bank Asia, AB, Visa, Visa, Master Card or American Express Card and you might be requested to provide proof of identity.
Is cash on delivery available for all Delivery Methods?
No, cash on delivery is not available for Outside Dhaka locations except for our delivery Agent.
Are there any hidden charges when I make a purchase (extra delivery charge, sales tax etc.)?

How long I am allowed to do Exchange & Return?
Within 7 days after the product is received.
Conditions for Exchange & Return:
- The product must be unused, unworn, unwashed, unaltered and without any flaws. Products can be tried on to see if they fit and will still be considered unworn.
- The product must be unused and intact with tags.
- Within 7 days of purchase.
What, if I lost the money receipt/ tags / barcode?
- It will be considered for losing the money receipt or invoice for exchanges. Provide us the purchased contact number in case of losing the money receipt or invoice for checking your purchased history.
- Exchange offer will not be valid anymore for bending or tearing apart the tags or barcode.
From where I can exchange the product?
- For Online Purchase
After purchasing any product(s) you can exchange product from any of our Display Centers within 7 days of the receiving* date. To find your nearest display center, please click here. Or send us your product(s) by your corresponding courier concern with our Service Center. After receiving the product, we will contact you and arrange shipment of your exchange product.
Note: If there is any problem from our side we will offer FREE Returns, Exchanges or Refund otherwise customer has to bear the return shipping expense.
